1. Introduction

Welcome to SoloUp ("we", "our", "us", or "App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SoloUp mobile application, which is available globally through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

By using or accessing the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You may use the SoloUp App only if:

• You are at least 13 years of age or the minimum digital consent age in your country.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to use the App. If we become aware of such usage, the account may be suspended and data deleted.

3. User Accounts

To access key features of SoloUp, including progress tracking and content generation, you are required to:

• Sign in using your phone number
• Provide a name and (optionally) profile photo

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring that any user-generated content is accurate and appropriate

4. Scope of the App

SoloUp is designed to help users set personal goals and track them over time using a structure of:

• Goals (3 months to 2 years)
• Milestones (monthly)
• Tasks (weekly)
• Notes (daily logs or reflections)

You may choose to manually input data or use OpenAI-powered assistance for auto-generating milestones and tasks based on your goal.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

If you opt for AI-generated content:

• Your goal description is securely sent to OpenAI for automated planning suggestions.
• The AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and not human-verified.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or fitness of the content for any purpose.

You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are suggestions only, and SoloUp is not liable for decisions made based on such content.

6. Free and Paid Plans

You may use SoloUp under one of the following structures:

In each paid plan, only one goal may be active per purchase, regardless of duration.

All payments are securely processed via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. We do not store any payment data.

7. Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable, except as required by local laws or respective app store policies. Users must check refund conditions provided by:

• Google Play Store Refunds
• Apple App Store Refunds

We do not process refunds directly.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
• Upload offensive, misleading, or copyrighted content without permission
• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App
• Attempt unauthorized access to our servers or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including code, design, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding your user-generated content), are owned by or licensed to us.

You may not use any part of the App's intellectual property for commercial or non-personal use without prior written permission.

10. Termination of Use

You may stop using the App at any time. You can delete your account within the App interface.

When you delete your account:

• Your data is retained for 14 days for potential reactivation
• After 14 days, your data is permanently deleted

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable laws without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We make no warranties, expressed or implied
• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm (including loss of data or productivity) resulting from:
  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Reliance on AI-generated suggestions
  • Inaccuracies in goal planning
  • Technical errors, service interruptions, or bugs

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India, unless required otherwise by applicable laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated via in-app notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates the most current version. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
